I had some excess veggie parties, so thought of making a built-in Bada Pav!
Here I made wool buns with the same recipe of dinner roll buns and stuffed them with leftover beetroot cutlets! Here I will show you how to make patties stuffed wool buns.
Ingredients :
To make patties stuffed wool buns, you need any kind of patties. I took veggie patties.
Here is the recipe to make the Veggie cutlets :
Split the dough into 5 parts.
Here is the recipe for the dinner roll buns :
Make each dough into a dough ball.
Roll the dough to a long oval-shaped dough sheet.👇
Add the patty on the bottom half.👇
Cut the top half to thin stripes and cover the patty.
Make all five buns and keep them on a buttered baking dish.
Cover the tray with plastic wrap and let it sit for 45 mins.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Egg wash the wool buns and bake them for 30 to 35 mins or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 10 mins and enjoy the warm bread with ketchup or any sauce and a hot cup of tea or coffee.
