Today I made a juicy Beyond Meat (plant-based meat) chipotle burger. You can make any ground meat burger of your choice with this recipe, and that will give you a great juicy chipotle burger.
Prep time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Serving: 3
Ingredients:
12 oz ground Beyond Meat (Or ground meat of your choice)
3 teaspoons Chipotle seasoning (easily available at the grocery store)
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of oil
Monterey Jack Cheese Slices (or your favorite slice of cheese)
Tomato slices
Onion slices
Kale leaves (If you do not like Kale, use Lettuce)
1 chopped Jalapeno (alternatively, you can use green chili)
3 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise (easily available store-bought one or mix 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of chipotle sauce)
3 Burger Buns
Methods:
Step 1: Let's make the patty
Mix chipotle seasoning, pepper with the beyond meat, and make three patties of 4 oz each.
Take a frying pan in a medium hit with 2 teaspoons of oil on medium heat.
Put the patty on the pan and cook each side for 2 min until golden brown.
I like mine medium-rare and juicy. You can cook a little longer if you like your burger well done (but don't overcook, then the burger will be dry).
When the patty is done, turn off the heat and add the cheese slice to the patty. Let the cheese melt a little bit.
Step 2: Let's assemble the burger.
Toast the bun.
Apply chipotle mayonnaise on each burger buns.
Then layer kale, beyond meat patty with cheese on top, tomato slices, onion slices, jalapeno slices(optional), and the top bun.
Here you have your juicy chipotle cheese beyond meat burger.
