The holiday season is really here. We love to have friends and families at home this time of the year. Sometimes we all know what we will cook for the main course like chicken or turkey or lamb but get puzzled that what to cook to the side by that meat dishes. This Peas and pork belly dish is easy and people will love it. I made this for our Thanksgiving dinner. My son is a picky eater especially when it comes to vegetables but he did not complain when he ate this Peas and pork belly dish. :) Pork belly is crunchy at the same time it melts in the mouth, so you will love it.
