Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare the Raisins:
Soak the raisins in the dark rum for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best flavor.
Prepare the Oven and Pan:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and flour a large bundt pan .
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugar:
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
