This is a simple homemade roasted bell pepper and tomato soup that is spicy, quick, easy, and super delicious. I used fresh tomatoes and bell peppers.
It was a grilled cheese sandwich and warm tomato soup kinda day! It was raining outside and really getting colder nowadays, so made this quick and easy, creamy and delicious roasted red bell pepper and tomato soup! Enjoyed this comforting soup on a chilly afternoon!

Ingredients:
3 red bell pepper
6 good size vine tomatoes
1/2 cup onion
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper according to taste

Methods:
Roast the bell pepper and tomatoes either on the stovetop or in the oven.
Then peel them and take the seed out.
Then grind them together to make a puree with a cup of water.
Strain it and keep it aside.
Take the butter in a saucepan and put it on medium-high heat.
Add chili flakes, onion, garlic, and saute for a minute.
Then add oregano.
Next, add the

Add water to your desired consistency.
Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
Taste the soup and add more salt and pepper if it's needed.
Pour the soup into the small soup bowls and garnish with heavy cream, chili flakes, and scallions.
Serve warm roasted bell pepper and tomato soup with crusty bread or grill cheese sandwiches.
