Guacamole is avocado, lime juice, and salt. That’s all you need.
There are so many ways you can build on the flavor of traditional guacamole. There are many ways of enhancing the flavor, depending on how you like it. If you like spicy, then add jalapeno. If you like to add more flavors, you may add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. So many options!
Mango and Guacamole also go hand to hand. People generally add ripe mangoes to it.
I added green roasted mangoes with it. The sourness and acidity of green mangoes add the perfect balance to the guacamole. Sharing the recipe here.

Ingredients:
5 good size ripe avocadoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 teaspoon rock salt or according to your taste
4 Thai chilis or 1 jalapeno chopped or according to your taste
1 cup roasted green mango pulp
1/2 teaspoon dry roasted cumin powder
1 lemon juice
Methods:
Peel and pit the avocados and take them to a large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mash with a smasher until smooth.
Taste the seasoning and serve with your favorite chips.
Making the Roasted green mango pulp
Prep Time: 10minutes Cooking Time: 90 minutes
Servings: 1 and 1/2 cups of Pulp
Ingredients:
5 good size raw green mangoes
1 tablespoon oil
Methods:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Take 5 good size raw green mangos on a baking sheet and lightly apply the oil on them.
Then roasted them in the 450 degrees oven for 1 and half hours.
When they are fully cooked turn off the heat, and take them out from the oven and let them cool down.
Peel the skin off and take out the pulp.
Mash the pulp and keep it aside.
You will get 1 and 1/2 cups of pulp from these 5 roasted mangoes.
You may store it in the refrigerator for a week.
