Sweet and Savory Roasted Green Mango Guacamole!

Guacamole is avocado, lime juice, and salt. That’s all you need.

There are so many ways you can build on the flavor of traditional guacamole. There are many ways of enhancing the flavor, depending on how you like it. If you like spicy, then add jalapeno. If you like to add more flavors, you may add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cilantro. So many options!

Mango and Guacamole also go hand to hand. People generally add ripe mangoes to it.

I added green roasted mangoes with it. The sourness and acidity of green mangoes add the perfect balance to the guacamole. Sharing the recipe here.
