TRICOLOR AND FLAVOR PANNA COTTA

East meets West:: Got inspiration to celebrate Republic Day of India by connecting the west with the east. I made three flavors ( green tea, buttermilk, and mango ) panna cotta in one glass. Each of them has its own unique, delightful flavor.

Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin. Usually, coffee, vanilla, or other flavorings are added to customize.

I used green tea, buttermilk, and mango for mine.

I had so much fun making this beautiful dessert. I used the color of India, the flavor from Asia, and the recipe of Europe. That created an amazing mouth-watering dessert. I am sure that all of you will love it.

This eye-pleasing dessert is easy to make, but the only thing you need is at least a day in your hand to chill it and let it set.

Prep time: 9 hours

Cooking time: 15 mins

Serving: 3 to 4

For each flavor,

Ingredients:

Green Tea Panna cotta::

1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin

1/2 cup cold whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

Methods :

In a cup, sprinkle gelatin over cold milk and let stand for about 5 minutes to soften.

In a saucepan, bring cream, matcha green tea powder, and sugar just to a boil over low, medium heat, and occasionally stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

Then add gelatin mixture and vanilla. Turn off the heat and let it cool down a bit.

Take 4 glasses and keep them tilted in a cupcake mold and pour the mixture into the glasses like this👇.

Refrigerate glasses to set for at least 3 hours.
